Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunatelyย an exchange or refund is not available.
Due to the custom nature of our planners we do not acceptย returns or issue full refunds on planners.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
*ย A planner is damaged or does not meet the specifications of the buyer on the coordinating order form.
Exchanges
