Welcome to my corner of the web! I’m Bryce Sizemore, a 6th year teacher living in Dallas, TX. This website and blog play a huge role in keeping my educational practices, resources, and drive fresh! I’m so excited to share my classroom happenings, resources, and ideas with you.
My journey as an educator began as a competitive cheerleading coach while I worked on my Bachelor’s in Psychology. After deciding that I wanted to make a bigger impact educationally, I attended Southern Methodist University and earned my Master’s of Education. While I worked on my M.Ed. I was also a K-5 substitute teacher for our local ISD. Being a substitute was such a great way to learn some of the ins and outs of various grade levels and schools. When I stepped into my very own classroom I started out in First Grade, then spent 4 years in Kindergarten, and have since found a home in Second Grade.
