The Custom option is designed for teachers who want something completely unique—whether it’s a color palette you love, a specific theme, or a design that just feels like you. We’ll work together to create a one-of-a-kind cover that fits your style perfectly.
Here’s how it works:
💌 Step 1: Share Your Idea
Before purchasing, send your cover idea to hello@theteachingtexan.com. This helps us make sure your vision is something we can bring to life.
Please note: we do not accept pre-designed covers or files. This helps us avoid copyright issues and ensures every design is created intentionally for you.
🛒 Step 2: Purchase The Custom
Once your idea is approved, you’ll go ahead and purchase The Custom option on this page.
📧 Step 3: Let Us Know You Ordered
After purchasing, send a quick email to confirm your order so we can begin designing your cover.
🎨 Step 4: We Create Your Design
We’ll design your custom cover based on your idea and send it to you for approval. Up to 2 revisions can be made to ensure it’s exactly what you want.
📦 Step 5: Your Planner Comes to Life
Once approved, your custom cover will be printed and assembled into your planner—ready to use all year long.

- Custom covers are created from your idea, not from pre-made designs or uploads
- Turnaround time may be slightly longer due to the design process

Available in your choice of 2 color schemes, The Teaching Texan Teacher Planner brings functionality, style, and personalization to your daily/weekly planning and lesson planning!
Each teacher planner (base price) includes the following:
- Your choice of one personalized and laminated cover
- Laminated tabs for easy navigation
- One clip in place marker
- 2 sheets of stickers
- 1 folder-style pocket holder
- 2 clear-plastic pockets
- Holidays and Important Dates printed onto monthly layouts
- Year at a Glance Planning Pages
- Monthly Planning Pages Running July 2026 – June 2027 (Separated onto 2 Pages per month)
- 2 Notes Pages for each month
- Weekly Planning Pages for Lessons (located within each month section – each week of the entire year includes lesson planning pages)
- 2 Grid Pages (1 double-page spreads)
- 6 Parent Communication Logs (3 double-page spreads)
- 14 Pages (7 double-page spreads) of Student Checklists
- 14 Pages (7 double-page spreads) Notes

- Printed on 60 lb card stock

REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, an exchange or refund is not available.
Due to the custom nature of our planners we do not accept returns or issue full refunds on planners.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* A planner is damaged or does not meet the specifications of the buyer on the coordinating order form.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@theteachingtexan.com
